Meet Tadian born, Romulo Simongo Computer Technician batch 2004. Romulo was an active student of Xijen. His exposure to a lot of activities would be of help as he went on to try his luck in the business process outsourcing industry.
Romulo’s first job was at Client Logic, Philippines, now Sitel. He worked as Technical Support Representative from December 2005 to March 2006. From then on, Romulo was going places as the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) industry flourished. From providing customer support to inbound calls, Romulo tried outbound sales. At the ALVA Pacific Franchising Corporation, Romulo was a top agent for the UK FreeMobile Campaign and was promoted as Quality Assurance Officer for the Tarlac and Baguio Team. Romulo also assisted in training for agents of Tarlac and Baguio City. At present, Romulo works at eTelecare Global Solutions as a call center agent and is now based in Makati.
Very cool, and nice site by the way. The call center industry is taking in Billions now and they say by 2011 it will increase by another 15% thats staggering compared to any other industry, is it not?

I am here now, a part of Aegis PeopleSupport after almost 3 years with Telus International Philippines.
I would also want to encourage our (kakailian) most especially, I have learned that XiJEN now has a call center training, to do good while in trainig with XiJEN because it will be your foundation if you really want to be in the call center industry. I am proud to say that XiJEN education is enought for me to be able to venture in this booming industry. All the things that I have learned from XiJEN became my very basic tool for me to be able to have my feet set in the call center industry.
