		<description>The provincial library building, which is replaced by the the Multi-Purpose Building, was also one of the places I enjoyed during my childhood years. I still have a very vivid memory of me browsing through books at the mezzanine where the children&#039;s section is located, while my dad looks at the National Geographic magazines at the main floor.</description>
