ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Welcome to Xijen College! Xijen is open to high school, technical-vocational and college graduates who wish to pursue careers in Information Technology, Education, Communications or Business.

XiJEN implements the following admission requirements:

Incoming high school graduates enrolling in degree (4 years) courses or short term Information Technology courses (2 years)
a. the student must not have a failed subject in his or her high school senior year;
b. must be a high school graduate or ALS
c. the general average grade must not be below 78 in his or her senior year.

Present upon enrollment:
1. Incoming Freshmen:
a. Form 138-A (High School Report Card)
b. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Live Birth from NSO
c. Two pieces 2×2 recent ID pictures
d. A certificate from the Principal that the student is a bonafide graduate of high school
e. NCAE test result
f. Good Moral Character certificate
2. Transferees:
a. Transfer credentials (honorable dismissal)
b. Certificate of Good Moral Character
c. True Copy of Grades/ Xerox transcript of Records
d. Two pieces 2×2 recent ID pictures

XiJEN generally credits subjects previously taken in another school. XiJEN reserves the right not to credit subjects on the following considerations:

• Number of units do not match
• Course description/content do not match
• Pre-requisites not followed or directed
• Transfer students are welcome at XiJEN except for the following reasons:
• Student has been enrolled previously in two or more schools.
• Student has been a subject for disciplinary action in the last school he or she attended.

OTHERS:
Transfer students with failing grades are conditionally accepted. Student must pass all subjects enrolled. If the student fails even one subject he/she will not be admitted next enrollment.
A contract letter must be submitted to the Registrar stating that she or he will finished the course.

Cross Enrollees:
The student must submit an approved permit to cross enroll coming from the School’s Registrar. The student permit must state the course description, number of units and the semester and school year is authorized to take.

College Graduate:
Transcript of Records (certified true copy) – An admitted transfer student from college or school receives credit for all subjects he passed provided the subject description and the corresponding number of units is the same or similar to what the school is offering.
