                This course introduces key concepts related to how computer works. Computer related terms are defined and basic computer functions are explained. Second part of the course is the use of Microsoft Word, this provide students with hands-on training using word processing software. A word processor is an electronic replacement of typewriter for creating documents such as memos, letter reports, and other business communications. In addition to the lessons given is the Internet application which is a very necessary trend in the Informations Technology field of study.

Advance Keyboarding

In this keyboarding course, the student will master touch operation on a computer keyboard. Correct fingering by touch and good techniques will receive; speed and accuracy will be given ry emphasis also. The student will use basic word processing functions on a variety of document types.

For students with  mastery Level keyboarding technique, keyboarding improvement should be place on technique improvement before speed and accuracy. keyboarding improvement  should be placed on increasing speed words per minute with  maintaining keyboarding techniques.

Spreadsheet

Spreadsheet software is used for organizing numerical and financial data such as creating and managing inventory, money, and student data, as well as analyzing and evaluating information. It also features graphing functions to allow for analyzing and displaying data. This course introduces you to the major features of spreadsheet software using Microsoft Office Excel 2003 to create organized and formatted spreadsheets for a variety of educational applications.
